One of the hallmarks of freedom is that when you recognize someone is being intellectually dishonest or arguing with you in bad faith, you have the option to walk away without being punished, imprisoned or tortured.

The “One” is the space of the “world” of the tick, but also the “pinch” of the lobster, or that rendezvous in person to confirm online pictures (with a new lover or an old God). This is the machinery operative...as “onto-theology."

It's someone with a twitter account parodying Richard Dawkins.
linky
There are lots of twitter parody accounts of various celebrities. It's generally acceptable on Twitter to do this as long as it's obviously satire, and not an earnest attempt at identity theft. This is why I like twitter so much as opposed to Facebook - they understand that the fun of being on the internet is being creative, not seeing your stupid uncle's friend's racist rants.
couple of other favorites - these aren't celeb parodies, they're just funny.

And of course the pope has a twitter -
https://twitter.com/Pontifex - it's really him! Or one of his assistants, at least.

yet they are probably the same people. So what is about the format that makes parody good in one and not the other?

Mostly the short character limit - 140 characters/post. So you have to be snappy!

Yeah, exactly. The funniest tweets are like comedy haiku.
The real Dawkins gasses on for much longer before he gets to the punch line.
