Yes, I like MIyazaki. I didn't say animation can't be art film.

My husband loves the old Japanese monster films.

I have no idea why no one is interested in Rashomon. I'm not familiar with it myself.
I am talking about their art films. It guess it's hard enough just to get people to care about art film.
oops sorry Wordgazer. I made it sound like anime can't
be art, not what I meant. but it's not limited to art film.a lot of it is all kinds of stuff, as a genre.
